The new Cork Handles are 30% lighter than their predecessor

The WALX Ergo™ Grip sits at 15 degrees to the pole. The design ensures your hand is fully supported and wrist is not compromised, especially if you are using the poles for propulsion.

Being a strapless pole the Total Body WALX Alu means they are easy to use, great if you like to take photos on your walks and if you need to wear gloves there are no straps to consider.

The Total Body WALX Alu fitness walking pole comes with an all terrain rubber paw on the bottom and is ideal for all types of walking from hiking, trekking and hill walking, to Nordic walking and our own TOTAL BODY WALKING sessions that work the whole body holistically. They are also suitable for performance training for hills and distance challenges.

The WALX education Team have over 100 years of combined skill and knowledge of delivering fitness and rehabilitation programmes. They have spent the past 14 years creating walking programmes for the clinical arena and have trained thousands of Physiotherapists and Occupational therapists to deliver the WALX Programmes., which means the Total Body WALX Alu poles are an ideal aid for rehabilitation programmes.
