Delivery Policy

Hong Kong / Macau

Orders will be arranged for delivery by our company’s logistics. Customers must provide accurate shipping information in advance:

Residential or company address, or
SF Express stations, smart lockers, partner convenience stores, or other pickup points.

Delivery Time:
Generally, you will receive your order within 2-3 days after dispatch. You can track the shipment status here.

After NP Mall ships the order, customers will be notified. Please pay attention to the SMS from SF Express regarding delivery and check for updates on the logistics status.

Sometimes, convenience stores or SF smart lockers may be full, which could result in a longer waiting time. In such cases, SF Express will contact customers to discuss whether to change the delivery location or continue waiting. Customers must contact SF Express directly (Phone: 2730 0273).

If the package is not picked up within 72 hours (3 days) after arriving at the designated SF pickup point, NP Mall will not be responsible for any delays, storage fees, or losses incurred.

[Overseas Shipping Service]

If an international package is confiscated, destroyed, or refused entry by customs, NP Mall will not be liable and will not issue refunds. If the package is damaged or lost during transit, we will assist in applying for compensation from the shipping company.
Orders from countries outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees. NP Mall cannot guarantee whether these fees will be applied or estimate the costs. Any additional fees incurred due to customs clearance will be fully borne by the recipient.
Overseas shipping uses FedEx courier services. Product descriptions will include items permitted for shipping by EMS.
Recipient information must be filled in with English name, address, and phone number.
No shipping discounts or free shipping offers will apply to overseas shipping.
Overseas orders are not eligible for the 7-day return/exchange policy. We will carefully inspect and package all items before shipping, so please order with confidence.
If an order contains items with different delivery dates, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.

Free shipping for orders over HK$800 in Macau.

If the total in the shopping cart is less than HK$800, Hong Kong customer must pay a shipping fee of HK$30, Macau customer must pay a shipping fee of HK$50 which will be charged at the time of order placement.
